Hotel booking

The Nantes International Convention Centre will deal with hotel arrangements for the 1st International Conference on maritime security.
Several hotels located close to the city centre and to the Convention Centre (walking distance) have been selected for the event. Bookings will be processed on a « first come, first served » basis.

Important : all applications for hotel bookings must be accompanied by a cheque or credit card details. You will receive confirmation of your accommodation and a plan of Nantes. Hotel booking applications will be dealt with in order of receipt and according to availability of accommodation. We cannot guarantee accommodation for applications received less than one month before the event but will do our best to give satisfaction. For administrative reasons room allocation is final and cannot be modified.

Cancellation policy for hotel reservations :

Refund of deposit, less a 10 Euro administration charge per room, will only be made for cancellations received by letter or fax 10 days before the scheduled arrival date at the latest.
