Registration cancellation policy :
Cancellations and modifications must be sent by fax to the Nantes International Convention Centre at the following number + 33 (0) 2 51 88 22 91.

Cancellation received before 10th June 2005 : refund of fee paid less 100 Euros administration charge.
Cancellation received after 10th June 2005 : no refund will be given except in case of force majeure (certificate required).
